Our health services at Caulfield, Clayton and Peninsula are open but we’ve made some adjustments to how we operate during COVID-19.
What to do if you’re feeling unwell
If you’re at home and unwell, you can call our triage nurse for help, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm:
- Caulfield: 03 9903 1177
- Clayton: 03 9905 3175
If you meet the testing requirements for COVID-19, you may be asked to visit our screening clinic at the Clayton health service (open Monday – Friday, 8.45am – 5pm).
For after-hours advice, call the Coronavirus Hotline on 1800 675 398.
Your initial appointment with a doctor will be a telehealth (phone or video) consultation. You can book a telehealth appointment with a doctor located at any of our campuses.
You can make a telehealth appointment online or by calling your campus health service.
If your doctor wants you to attend a clinic, we’ll arrange a face-to-face appointment at your nearest campus.
Flu vaccinations are available at all campuses – just call one of our clinics to make an appointment.
